The iconic and ever-popular Cartmel Racecourse is holding two fixtures over the August Bank Holiday weekend, with the William Hill Cartmel Cup Day on Saturday 24th August featuring the funfair on the Course Enclosure.

The Monday Raceday is the final day of the season in the Cartmel Racing calendar, and one of the most vibrant of the year featuring three Class 2 races including the Coral Handicap Hurdle, the Coral Handicap Steeplechase and the Coral Cavendish Cup Handicap Steeplechase which will be attracting top jockeys and trainers along whilst a Cartmelesque holiday crowd enjoy the funfair, picnics and party atmosphere.
