Despite the ever-unpredictable British weather, we’ve put on seven fantastic race days so far, and we can’t wait for our season finale on the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend.
For over a century Cartmel Racecourse has been more than just a venue for thrilling races. It’s where generations have come together to enjoy the beauty of Cumbria, the excitement of the track, and the warmth of our community.
We’re excited to continue this proud tradition in 2025, delivering everything you love about Cartmel; exhilarating racing, live music, entertainment for the whole family, and breath-taking views you won’t find at any other UK racecourse.

Our final race day of the year is a perfect way to wrap up the summer. This Bank Holiday Monday, bring the whole family for a day packed with fun and entertainment. With thrilling races, a family show, and activities for all ages, it’s an ideal way to say goodbye to the school holidays and the racing season.
