"The whole experience has been excellent, from our first visit, meeting Alex and subsequently buying and enjoying our caravan and meeting the rest of the dedicated team. The setting is wonderful, with estuary and woodland walks, stunning sunsets and with Holker Hall on the doorstep. "

Major groundworks investment planned for the Park

An approval permit has been issued this week by the Environment Agency for the installation of two new, state-of-the-art treatment plants at old Park Wood to replace the existing soak away and sewage system.  The new treatment plants will be located on the sites of the existing tanks and will involve an investment of approximately half a million pounds.

Working alongside the Environment Agency, Holker Holiday Parks plan to start the construction phase of the new treatment plants this winter.  The upgrade is a long-term investment, and part of Holker's ongoing commitment to environmental protection.
